The Boss MD-200 Modulation Pedal is part of the new 200 series pedals from Boss.  These pedals will save space on your pedal board, but pack versatility and premium audio quality thanks to their 32-bit AD/DA, 32-bit internal processing, and 96 kHz sampling rate.  They also support additional control via external switches, an expression pedal, or MIDI.  The MD-200 feaures a wide array of classy modulation effects in one small package.  Many of the algorithms are derived from the flagship MD-500 Boss unit - premium modulation effects that are world renowned.

The MD-200 features easy access to all of the parameters you need to tweak including rate, depth and level, plus additional parameters tailored to each effect type.  No matter the type of modulation you are looking for, the twelve different modes will cover what you need.  Covering the classic Boss CE series Chorus effects, as well as vibrato, tremolo, vibe, flanger, phaser and more, you'll never be left wanting.  Rates can also be tapped in with a footswitch while performing, and beat subdivisions are easily set and viewed with dedicated panel controls. And with the powerful insert function, you’re able to patch in drive pedals and other effects for selectable pre/post mod processing.
