Cympad Undertones are a set of innovative pads that are designed to improve the sound of bass drums and floor toms. The pads decouple and isolate the drums from the floor, which adds significant sustain and low end to their sound. The combination of spur and pedal pads is especially effective in enhancing the sound of bass drums and rack toms on bass drums equipped with mounted tom holders.

In addition to improving the sound, Undertones also help to protect your drums from unwanted movement. The non-skid material on the underside of the pads helps to anchor the drums and hardware in place, reducing the need for drum rugs. Undertones are also effective non-slip isolator pads for other applications, such as some cymbal stands and microphone stands.
