New for 2020, and part of the Inspired by Gibson Collection, the Epiphone Les Paul Standard 50s are designed to faithfully recreate the tone and aesthetics of 50's-era Les Pauls. And they certainly fit the bill - with the combination of two 50's-style ProBucker humbucking pickups, CTS electronics, mahogany neck, mahogany body and maple cap. 

The equipped ProBucker pickups give you that classic 50's crisp, transparent Gibson Kalamazoo tone, thanks to sand-cast Alnico II magnets, full wax potting, 4-conductor wires and leads, Gibson-shaped and -sized bobbins, and 18% Nickel Silver bases and covers. The Epiphone Les Paul Standard 50s also features Medium Jumbo frets, trapezoid inlays, and a '59 Rounded Medium C neck profile.
