A tribute to the 1970s evolution of the P Bass
The Classic Vibe ‘70s Precision Bass embodies the aesthetics of the original and produces massive tone courtesy of its Fender-Designed alnico split-coil pickup. Player-friendly features include a slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets as well as a vintage-style bridge with threaded saddles. This throwback Squier model also features 1970s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.
At Riffs & Licks Music, we like the Fender Squier Classic Vibe '70s Precision Bass MN, finished in Walnut, for its affordable recreation of a vintage classic - great aesthetics and a Fender-Designed pickup are a real stand-out.

Impressive, very nice.By: Andrew on 26 April 2022I've found the "Classic Vibe'' Squier series in general are a massive step up from the rest of their catalog, actually falling more into Fender territory in terms of the sound, quality of finish, and hardware. This was the best out-of-box experience I've ever had with a guitar in this price range, mostly thanks to an actual proper setup at the factory. It's the first Squier I've ever picked up that immediately sounded amazing without having to replace the strings or adjust the setup. This also makes it an excellent bass for beginners, it's affordable but so well made that you have the peace-of-mind knowing that if what you're doing sounds bad it's because your technique needs improvement and not because you're using some crappy cheap bass that's gonna sound bad regardless. Not to mention it just looks and feels so nice that every time you see it you’ll feel drawn to picking it up and playing it.
