The AAD170CE - an Advanced Acoustic

The Ibanez AAD170CE LGS Acoustic Electric Guitar, finished in Natural Low Gloss, features Ibanez' Grand Dreadnought body shape. The Grand Dreadnought has a brighter tone, with greater projection, enhanced dynamic range, and thanks to the ergonomics of the Grand Dreadnought's design, the AAD100 boasts extremely comfortable playability. Playability is even further enhanced by a Low Oval Grip Thermo-Aged Nyatoh neck, and Ovangkol fretboard with Rounded Edges. The Low Oval profile is performance-designed to make chord strumming easier, while Thermo Aging hardens the neck, making it easier and more consistent to play.

The AAD170CE features a solid Sitka Spruce top, with Okoume back and sides. This combination of tonewoods offers a solid tonal foundation, perfect for singer-songwriters, with shimmery highs, tight and expressive mids, and complex and resonant lows.
