In producing the Artwood series, we've respected the rich tradition of the acoustic guitar, while adding modern interpretations in our continuing search for the ultimate in guitar tone.

The 3pc Nyatoh/Maple Neck provides a rich mid-low end. The Ovangkol fretboard provides greater playing comfort. Solid Okoume top offers a full-bodied and warm mid-range and a bright tone. The Okoume back and sides generate a woody, warm tone when the guitar is played softly or finger-picked and provide punchy high-mids with a clear projection when strummed. Thermo Aged, a special drying process, makes the Ovangkol bridge light and hard and provides stability and better resonance with enhanced lows and low-mids.
