The all-analogue, Pentatone preamp pedal from Ibanez is an exceptional tone shaping tool that offers dynamic arrays of distortion, exceptional EQ, and a noise gate all wrapped up in an intuitive design. This preamp packs in five individual tone shaping sections: a pre-boost, a post-boost, a distortion with 2-band EQ, a 5-band parametric EQ, and a noise gate. The pedal also features a bright switch, which boosts the high frequency range, and two rugged integrated footswitches that control preamp bypass and post boost functions.

Designed for maximum flexibility, the Pentatone preamp also allows an Ibanez IFS2L external footswitch (or other compatible 2-button latching footswitch) to further enhance player control by making pre-boost and 5-band parametric EQ foot-switchable. It has a robust metal enclosure that protects the pedal from wear and tear. From simple tone shaping to crunchy overdrive and crushing distortion, the Pentatone preamp covers it all.
