The Orange Rockerverb 100H MKIII Head has become a mainstay amp with touring musicians and is widely recognised as one of the most versatile workhorse amps around. The original Rockerverb was Orange's first high-gain amp - its unique tone quickly became a favourite of the heavy crowd. The Orange Rockerverb 100H MKIII Head combines over a decade of user feedback, from the MKI and MKII heads, with a number of new details and improvements.

In a first for the Rockerverb Series, the MKIIIs include selectable output power options to manipulate headroom and volume, with the ability to switch between 100, 70, 50 or 30W. To make this amp even more tonally versatile, the Rockerverb MKIII also features a footswitchable attenuator, which can be used to boost your volume for solo shredding, or to dial your volume up or down while maintaining your tone. You can even practice with full bore tones at bedroom volumes. The Clean channel has been revoiced on the MKIIIs for a more ‘chimey’ response. The clean side now has even greater headroom than previous models, whilst still retaining the warmth and vintage character of a non-master volume design. Cranking the clean volume to max, while dialling down the attenuator gives you that classic 'pushed' valve amp gain without bursting your ear drums. The Dirty channel goes anywhere from clean to crunch to the very heaviest modern saturation, and always maintains outstanding clarity. The ECC83/12AT7-driven spring reverb now has a more extensive range with a brighter trail, perfect for anything from 'air' to full-on surf. Add to this a host of other hidden refinements, like notched dials, and you have the finest sounding and most feature-laden Rockerverb to date.
